Shipping rates

Free standard shipping to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane. Your eligibility is confirmed automatically at checkout when you enter your postcode.

Dispatch and delivery times

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the carrier and can be affected by weather, peak periods and events outside our control. We're not liable for carrier delays, but if something has clearly gone wrong, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier on your behalf.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with established Australian couriers. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Some of our gear is large or heavy and travels by courier rather than post. These items may require someone to receive them, and can't always be left unattended. If nobody is available, the carrier will leave a card or arrange redelivery according to their own process.

Getting your address right

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We dispatch to the address you give us.

If you spot a mistake, email us at stephen@baskcamping.com.au immediately — if your order hasn't been dispatched we'll correct it at no cost. Once an order has been dispatched, redirection may not be possible, and any redelivery fee charged by the carrier is payable by you.

If your order is damaged, lost, or doesn't arrive

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, we'll repair, replace or refund it in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Don't return a damaged item before contacting us — for larger gear we'll usually arrange collection rather than have you pay freight.

Please report transit damage or a missing delivery within 7 days so we can lodge a claim with the carrier while it's still open.
